Peppa Pig World, which opened in Hampshire’s Paulton’s Park amusement park in 2011, has been extended to four acres with the two new rides to give tots an even better experience of the world of their TV favourite Peppa and her friends.
Two brand new Peppa Pig World rides are now open!
The Queen’s Flying Coach Ride
The Queen’s Flying Coach takes visitors on a monorail tour around the newly extended part of Peppa Pig World in brightly coloured coaches while the Queen herself (perhaps) gives a running commentary. The ride is suitable for children of all ages so even babes in arms can experience their first amusement ride.
Grampy Rabbit’s Sailing Club
Grampy Rabbits’s sailing Club takes you for a lazy river cruise along a new water route around Pirate Island, and is a fun ride for tots and parents alike.
The new section of the park also boasts a new dining area, The Queen’s Kitchen, and there is a dedicated baby care centre.
Stephen Lorton, commercial director at Paultons Park, said: “Peppa Pig World has continued to grow in popularity since opening in 2011 and the additional two new rides will continue to add to its success for many years to come.
“Paultons Park’s significant investment behind the expansion has created increased capacity, a new eatery, as well as the two new rides that offer panoramic views of this popular family destination. Both rides are suitable for young children of all ages accompanied by a parent, providing fun for all the family.”
